TIPPER TIE is a worldwide supplier of processing and clip packaging machines. Our product range includes fine cutters for emulsified products and a complete line of clippers from tabletop models to fully automated.


Our organization is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Apex, NC to support our Customer Service Team. The CSR is responsible for responding to internal and external customer inquiries for part numbers, pricing, and availability upon request. This role will also enter International and Domestic Customer orders into an ERP system and processes necessary documents.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for entering orders into computerized order entry system.
  • Interacts with other internal departments providing additional support to promote sales, report technical problems, hasten financial collections, and expedite orders to customers.
  • Provides useful information to all departments on customer facing interactions.
  • Answers general questions from Customers about our products.
  • Works closely with Sales and Technical Service or other departments.
  • Handles troubleshooting and conflict resolution activities from customers, co-workers or from within the group.
  • Issues Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) as requested.
  • Receives incoming telephone calls and e-mail requests from Tipper Tie customers and processing orders for all product offering.
  • Ensures all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
  • Well-versed in using export documentation for international shipments.
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English speaking is required. Portuguese a plus.
  • Familiar with Salesforce Email to Case.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a Customer Service capacity, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills including excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Proven team player with a strong team work ethic.
  • Team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior capacity for understanding new ideas and concepts quickly.
