Hands on Training

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Process new applications, current policies, and payments.
• Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
• Maintain follow-up process and complete tasks regularly.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of customer retention and brand loyalty.

• Minimum 2 years recent State Farm experience (5 years preferred)
• Bilingual fluent in both English and Spanish
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license
• Enthusiastic attitude and optimistic personality
• Understand that each interaction with a customer is an opportunity to generate new business
• Strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve
• Able to work effectively with a team
• Well organized, resourceful, and highly detailed
• Excellent writing, speaking, and overall professional communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
