OVERVIEW:

Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US,seeks an accomplished “Bilingual Customer Care Rep – Fully Remote.”

** LOCATION: Fully Remote until Client site reopens in Rancho Cordova CA | 3130 Kilgore Road, Suite 400, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 (Candidate must reside within 25 miles of Rancho Cordova, CA.)

** DURATION: 6 Months +

** WORK SCHEDULE: 09:00 am – 06:00 pm PST

** TRAINING: 4-5 Weeks

** START DATE: Oct 23, 2023

** IMPORTANT:

BILINGUAL FLUENCY IN ENGLISH & ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: CANTONESE, MANDARIN, ARMENIAN, CAMBODIAN, JAPANESE, SPANISH, KOREAN, RUSSIAN, TAGALOG, THAI, LAOTIAN & VIETNAMESE.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • A Customer Service Specialist shall assist and educate Medi-Cal beneficiaries with selecting a managed health care plan.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: At least HS diploma / GED
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to learn and utilize software applications.
  • Bilingual Skills: English and one of the following: Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Armenian, Cambodian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Tagalog, Thai, Laotian, Vietnamese.
  • Preferred: 6 months Customer service experience preferred
  • Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred.
