The Purpose of Your Role
As a Bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish), you will be responsible for interacting with clients, providing information, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client concerns.
The shift is Thursday - Monday, from 7 am - 4 pm (with Tuesday and Wednesday off). The position starts at $17.40. TCS also provides shift premiums for weekend and evening shifts.
Initial training will be conducted onsite and will transition to hybrid work. For this reason, candidates should be local to the greater Memphis area.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Answer inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, answer questions, and product functionality in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues. Route calls to appropriate resource, if needed.
  • Set up and assist new accounts in the internal system, ensuring correct discounts are in place, and creating hard copy file accounts with all relevant information.

What Experience You Need
  • Fluency in reading, writing and speaking both English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Office environment, customer service, or transportation industry experience.
What Experience is Preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Some college or equivalent experience.
