Take premium payments from customers.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy

IN ORDER TO GET TO $19 PER HOUR, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO GET LICENSED. TIME FRAME TO GET LICENSED IS 2 WEEKS TO 2 MONTHS, DEPENDS ON THE INDIVIDUAL.

IT IS A REQUIREMENT TO DO THE ASSESSMENT.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
