Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for both existing and prospective policyholders, delivering outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle a wide range of customer inquiries, including policy changes, coverage questions, billing issues, and sales-related inquiries.
- Utilize your expertise in property and casualty, Medicare, or Life insurance to provide accurate information and assist customers in selecting appropriate coverage options.
- Actively engage with prospective customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Leverage your sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our insurance solutions, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry to policy issuance and beyond.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- A stable job history of at least 5 consecutive years in the property and casualty, Medicare, or Life insurance industries.
- You must have an active property and casualty or life and health insurance license.
- Experience working remotely and the ability to create a productive and professional work environment at home.
- Dedicated home office setup including a desktop computer, 2 computer monitors, a webcam, and a printer.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage details, and industry practices in property and casualty, Medicare, or Life insurance.
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Proficient computer skills and experience navigating multiple software systems, CRMs, and insurance carrier portals.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently in a remote work setting.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with discretion.
