We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish speaking customer service representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you.

Position Summary:

An ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong sales mentality, desire to succeed, and good organizational/interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. This is an IN-OFFICE position.

Position Pays $17-$25hr based on experience. + Commission and bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with various types of insurance needs such as new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, and answering all questions.
  • Seek out new clients, generate lists of prospective clients, and develop clientele by networking and marketing. You and your office manager will develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, as well as handling policy renewals and contacting underwriting to complete policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • California Property & Casualty, Personal Lines or Limited Lines insurance license preferred but not required
  • Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish ( required.
  • Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing and bank deposits.
  • Basic Computer knowledge and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software.
  • Complete continuing education courses (Paid for by Fiesta) as required to maintain active license status

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
