Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, your main duty will be to focus on supporting all customers in a professional manner. Qualifications:

• Demonstrate the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• General computer skills
• Must speak Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Ability to deliver high quality customer service consistently in a professional manner
• Resolve questions and service issues for customers
• Responds to customer questions via inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Provides positive, consistent customer experiences by striving for excellence in understanding and resolving specific requests
