Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Job Title: Customer Service Inbound II Bilingual (Spanish & English)

work timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

lunch period: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Unpaid)

Assignment Location: 300 East American Metro Blvd.

Suite 170 Hamilton, NJ 08619

Pay rate: 17-20/hr

• Handle incoming Medicaid Hotline calls. Must be bilingual.
• Answering Medicaid clients questions
• Making referrals to other Medicaid units
• Looking up Medicaid clients eligibility
• Keep updated on changes to Medicaid policies and guidelines

Bilingual

• Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:
• Call Center Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Bi-Lingual - Spanish/English
• Phone Skills

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
