Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaker)

Position Description:
The Customer Service Representative position will play a crucial role in helping our customers. In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve technical issues through the appropriate channels.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers
• Ensure timely response and resolution to customer queries
• Work collaboratively with the company’s internal departments to ensure customer needs are adequately addressed
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products provided
• Provide consistent status updates to appropriate parties
• Complete all other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adept with Microsoft Office
• Ability to identify problems and determine possible solutions
• Strong organizational skill with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Regular attendance

Job Type: Full time (30-40 hours per week)
