Hospice LVN ( Spanish Speaking)

Panacea Hospice is seeking Spanish speaking LVN candidates with knowledge and experience in providing Hospice Services. Panacea provides comforting and exceptional care for qualifying patients.

we are looking for :

• LVN who can work per diem
• Must have a valid license in California
• Must have at least 1 year experience in hospice
• Able to chart in Hospice MD
• Nurses who are Compassionate, Caring, reliable, energetic and most importantly someone who is reliable.
• Provide direct patient care as defined in State Practical/Vocational Nurse Practice Act, including specialized duties related to end of life care.
• Implement current nursing practice following the comprehensive assessment and the plan of care under the supervision of the RN.
• Assist the RN in providing patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and self-plan of care.
• Participate in coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group.
• Provide appropriate pain/symptom management.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
