Our company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our location in Merrick. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, vehicle dispatching, strong communication (must speak Spanish) and multitasking skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent organizational skills. It's very important that the successful candidate has excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, is extremely detail oriented and follows through on tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling prospective customers.
  • Manage the flow of people and paper in and out of office.
  • Manage phone calls and emails.
  • Prepare presentations for senior staff.
  • Manage a calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Handle requests for information from staff members and others.
  • Maintain communication with the office's clients, vendors, and other contacts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
