Assistant (Spanish Required) (Hybrid Remote) (Friday - Saturday - Sunday)

Job Overview: We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant to support our cleaning company in ensuring our clients' spaces are cleaned to the highest standards. The Assistant will be responsible for double-checking the work of our cleaning staff, light invoicing, and performing basic clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough inspection of cleaned areas to ensure they meet company standards before handing over to clients
• Assist with light invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform basic clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
• Assist with scheduling and dispatching cleaning staff to client locations as needed
• Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have
• Keep track of inventory and supplies and place orders as necessary
• Provide general support to the management team as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Working Conditions:

• This position may require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Will work in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the location of client spaces
• Will be exposed to cleaning chemicals and other cleaning-related hazards

Pay

• We pay mileage from first portal
• $17-$19 an hour
• Bonuses are possible
• Per Diem*
