Bilingual Appointment Clerk/Operator
Call Center
OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY: Schedules appointments for the Adult Medicine and Pediatric Clinics. Performs general clerical work to facilitate the accurate and proficient scheduling to include follow-up calls.
QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a working knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in scheduling appointments. Some judgment and initiative are required in the timely execution of the appointment system some clerical and ability to use computers is required. Ability to follow standard clerical and office procedures, write legibly, be polite and courteous to patients/staff and follow written guidelines.
KNOWLEDGE /EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: Graduation from high school or equivalent. Previous clerical experience preferred. Fluent in Spanish required.
