Job Summary

Reporting to the Plant Human Resources Manager, you will manage the end-to-end staffing processes for all positions at our Jackson, TN facility. You will manage candidate pre-screens through hire and make recommendations, while building staffing strategies to help attract and retain talent.

You will:

  • Manage the full life cycle of our recruiting process from identification through ready to hire.
  • Implement staffing strategies while enhancing diverse recruitment efforts.
  • Use industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes.
  • Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant experience
  • Present candidate pool along with assessments and makes hiring recommendations to managers.
  • Develop candidate slates for all positions.
  • Develop online talent communities to develop our talent pipeline.
  • Conduct recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers.
  • Provide consultative support for challenging staffing needs.
  • Maintain data to track candidates through the recruitment process
  • Provide insights on market trends, salaries, and strategies to hiring managers. Promote the employment brand to potential candidates and market us as an employer of choice
  • Educate candidates around the employment brand message and our vision.
  • Evaluate areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions.

You Have:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • 1- 3 years of experience with full-life-cycle recruiting in a production environment
  • Experience using social media tools, such as LinkedIn, as a candidate development tool
