Bi-lingual Community Manager

We are seeking a self-motivated Bi-lingual (Spanish Speaking) Residential Community Manager for a midsize property in Greenville, SC. The Community Manager is responsible for the day to day operations, including leasing, rent collections, supervising maintenance and apartment inspections. Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have 2 years’ experience in multifamily housing, must be able to effectively work with residents and staff. Reliable transportation is a must and current valid driver’s license.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
