What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Bilingual Human Capital Coordinator in Hull, IA.

The Bilingual Human Capital Coordinator assists with recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, employee relations and special projects. This position conducts phone screens, interviews, new hire orientations, maintains personnel and department files. The Bilingual Human Capital Coordinator provides backup assistance to the Human Capital Business Partner.

• Hourly Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8a-5p and 9a-6p
• Overtime available!
• Office and laptop provided

What you need:

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum two (2) years of Human Resources and/or Recruitment required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Where you’ll be working:

Our Hull, IA, plant is home to about 164 employees. This facility produces various types of cheese, including parmesan, romano, asiago, gouda, muenster, mozzarella, colby jack, colby, cheddar, reduced fat cheeses, as well as whey products.

• Agropur’s US operations produce approximately 1 billion pounds of quality, award winning cheese each year. The US operations produce more than 20 different cheese varieties along with whey protein and dry ingredients.
