Position Overview:

This position shall carry out tasks to facilitate the successful implementation and integration of the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) throughout identified programs within the Children’s Village US program. Project management, report out of quantitative and qualitative findings observed in the different milieus and creating progress monitoring plans of implementation are major responsibilities of the position. The ITM Implementation manager will oversee the ITM implementation plan and trouble shoot/problem solve the barriers to adherent implementation. The position shall work closely with Vice President, Program Director, ITM Director, ITM Assistant Director and other ITM team members to assure model fidelity and integration. The position requires availability for evening and weekend hours. Participates in training and efforts that develop expertise in ITM (DBT) and becoming a content expert.

Position Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field or bachelors degree with 2 plus years residential experience or high school diploma with 3 plus years residential experience. Administrative experience, minimum 3 years, preferred. Work experience within a residential campus setting, required. Knowledge and experience in child welfare, juvenile justice, required. Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy/ITM, required. Demonstrated experience in program/policy development and/or quality improvement, required. Experience in the development and running of groups, preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills, required. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, required Knowledge of Cornell TCI and Safe Crisis Management, preferred. Certification in one or both, preferred. Demonstrated administrative skills. Computer literate. Bi-lingual Spanish, required.

Salary: $78,000 annual
