Bilingual Maintenance Agent

JD Home Rentals is actively seeking for a Bilingual Maintenance Agent to perform maintenance inspections, serve notices, check properties to assure they're up to city codes, report all maintenance issues and violations on properties, and coordinate with direct supervisor. This job position requires you to drive to multiple properties through out the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult & coordinate with office staff
• Drive to properties
• Serve notices
• Perform inspections on the properties and report issues to management
• Remove homeless and trespasser from vacant properties
• Secure property before leaving jobsites
• Take pictures of violations and maintenance issues on property
• Ensure properties are up to city codes
• Complete daily activity log
• Submit inspection report for all properties that were inspected
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: One year of experience in Customer Service
• License: Must have a valid Driver License
• Language: Fluent in Spanish (Required)

*Agents must use their own vehicle for work purposes. JD Home Rentals reimburses for mileage .*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
