Description
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrator for a small but busy office.
Experience in an office environment is a plus, must have excellent communication and c omputer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help to ensure office environment is maintained and secure at all times.
  • Responsible for overall proficiency of the office.
  • Support management with all aspects of daily operations.
  • Professional attitude while answering calls.
  • Tending to walk-ins and helping them.
  • Data Entry of all applicants. (database experience preferred)
  • Daily & Weekly Reports.
  • Payroll collection for temporary workers (on company portal).
  • Handling workers requests (Direct deposit, paystubs, etc.)
  • Office supply ordering.
  • Documentation (I9’s, WOTC, W4, etc)
  • Booking appointments.
  • Responding to inquiries.
  • Posting jobs on website.
  • Administering appropriate company assessments.
  • Performing reference checks.
  • Support to recruiters.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent at time management.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Must have reliable transportation, excellent work ethics, willing to be part of a team.

Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5pm.
Salary: Based on experience.
