Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. As a Real Estate Investment Company Administrative Assistant, you'll answer calls, check job statuses, and assist with administrative tasks. This position requires the candidate to own a car as they will need to visit job sites occasionally.

Requirements:

Native Spanish and English speaker
Organized and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Knowledge of Real Estate terminology is a plus
Positive and customer-focused attitude
Must own a car for occasional job site visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Sandy, UT 84091: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
