What You'll Do: As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting full-cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Managing recruitment-related administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Conducting onboarding activities in both English and Spanish to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
• Creating and delivering orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and job expectations.
• Providing language support during onboarding to enhance understanding and engagement.
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to attract top-tier talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
