Bilingual Teleservice Representative

$19.41 per hour

$500 Hiring Bonus *for eligible employees after 90 days of employment

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

Physicians Mutual is hiring for a full time Bilingual Teleservice Representative who will receive and place calls from Spanish or English speaking Policyowners regarding health/life insurance product coverage and benefits. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills, who will strengthen relationships by identifying needs, offer additional products/services, conserve policies, and accurately record changes.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and communicate with Spanish and English speaking customers verbally and in writing by using well developed speaking, grammar, listening, and questioning skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to learn, understand, and relate detailed procedures, terminology and products.
• Strong computer aptitude are required to navigate multiple systems.
• Basic math and reading aptitude.
