NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with our global client in Virginia. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with multiple levels of organization and customer organizations to ensure business needs are addressed and aligned with global standards.
  • Work closely with the Concession and the Product Owner to understand and document business processes, requirements, and enhancement requests.
  • Manage Jira (Alarms, Incidents, Epics, Service Request):
    • Make sure Tickets have enough business/requirement details to work on.
    • Make sure tickets are assigned to appropriate environment/component and are categorized correctly.
    • Assign appropriate group/person to work on tickets.
  • Monitor Jira ticket status:
    • Communicate with Concession for the status of the ticket or to collect more info.
    • Communicate with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Team to monitor the progress of the tickets.
    • Work with Site Product Manager/Service Manager to review the Evidence or proposed solutions.
  • Reporting: Integrate new reports and dashboards (SQL/Power BI), update current reports and dashboards.
  • Help Concession Analysts with any ad hoc query pull for their analysis, as well as in the use of the application.
  • Collaborate with the management team to continually improve the quality of service.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis or related field
  • Experience with OCR systems is a plus.
  • Experience in tollway systems (back-office systems, but also know about highway-level equipment, devices, and main functionality), is a plus.
  • Experience with CRMs, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
  • Experience with business processes mapping, business requirement gathering and enhancement requests identification and documentation.
  • Experience in creating SLA reports, capable of producing detailed and clear reports that reflect service performance, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Visio required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with SQL Language
  • Experience in creating reports/dashboards with Power BI.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and communication skills in both business and IS environments.
  • Proven track record of working with complex system environments.
  • Excellent team building skills - this position will heavily rely on collaborating with other groups.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, judgment, and time management skills
  • Takes initiative and ownership for assigned tasks. Ability to multitask, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines.
  • Being able to accurately understand customer needs, generating good and complete requirements.
  • 100% service oriented. Highly proactive, always looking at how to improve service and prevent problems.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to understand operational flow.
