Mad Moose Rentals is Southern Utah's fastest-growing off-road rental and tour company! We are the only Polaris Adventures Outfitter for the entire area and are expanding quickly. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrive in a fast pace environment and enjoy learning new skills.

We expect the very best from our employees as far as customer service is concerned. Previous office experience is preferred as well as some familiarity with UTVs/ATVs, although this is not a requirement.

Hours: 9am-7pm (Four 10 hour shifts per week)

Pay: $16-$18/hour based on experience + commission

Duties:

Phone Sales and Customer Service

Podium & online conversations

Outbound sales

Understand fleet and Mad Moose Products: self guided experiences, private tours and group tours

Understand the list of customer FAQs

Schedule tour guides

Forecast bookings and machines needed

Take reservations

Handle disgruntled customer phone calls

Handle payments and damage holds
