HR Service Delivery Specialist

Location: 860 Washington Street, 8F, New York, NY 10014

Onsite: currently hybrid, but will become 5 days on-site soon

Term: 6-month contract, high possibility to get extension

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of a range of processes within the HR Shared Services Center (SSC) site to provide personnel administration support in accordance with the following processes, including but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding administration, domestic transfer and cross border transfer administration, employees document management, verification letter, contract management, leave management, benefits administration and employee queries
  • Provide consistent advice and support on relevant HR process to Business Unit (BU) HR teams/ global HR SSC team and individual employees
  • Ensure all customers’ enquiries are resolved in a timely and effectively
  • Maximize the effectiveness of team work within the HR SSC by providing assistance to team leads or other team members
  • Continuously improve HR processes by undertaking regular reviews
  • Client management and team coordinator

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree is preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken English as well as Mandarin to deal with the client HR team based in Madrid. If also fluency in Spanish will be a plus.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience with shared service environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to work in a flat team structure and develop a range of HR competences
  • Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and independence
  • Able to work at appropriate level of over time to meet challenged timeline requirement

As the international HR Shared Service team, our goal is to build up a unique model that is able to timely and accurately deliver payroll & benefit operation services across 21 countries globally in a compliant manner. On top of that, capable of supporting Client’s aggressive growth from both geographical & complexity perspective.

You will have the opportunity to work with the teams / vendors around the world, dive deep into the countries you may never have experience before. You will also be part of the journey to build up our global HR shared service hub and deliver excellent service to the stakeholders globally.

Role Summary

The HR Employee Service Delivery specialist is responsible for providing HR administration services through the ongoing day to day operational work to support our employee across the , North America region (US, Canada).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
