Job Description: As a Home Care Marketer/Sales Representative at Paulino Home Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and ensuring that our services are accessible to those who require them. Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads, including establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, engaging in community outreach, participating in local events, and leveraging online resources.

Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' care requirements through in-depth discussions and home visits, ensuring that our services are tailored to meet their unique needs.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of Paulino Home Healthcare's services.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare providers. Build trust and credibility within the community.

Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing and service agreements with potential clients while maintaining profitability for the organization.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, assessments, and sales activities using CRM software or other designated tools.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with home care regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the home care team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Communicate client expectations and preferences effectively.

Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from clients and healthcare professionals to continually enhance our services. Adapt to changing market conditions and evolving customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic understanding of clients' and families' needs.
  • Familiarity with home care regulations and industry trends.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
