Welcome to FRANKIE4, we’re an award-winning, Australian-founded footwear fashion label looking to build our team of enthusiastic Retail Assistants for our new store opening in Bellevue, Seattle. The Role

As a FRANKIE4 Retail Assistant, you will be a key member of the store team and an ambassador for the FRANKIE4 brand. We pride ourselves on building a working environment that empowers our people to create an exceptional and unique experience for our customers. You will use your in-depth product knowledge to understand customers’ real needs and, through our products, make a real difference to their lives and wellbeing each day.

About You

Whether you have worked retail before or not, we'd love to hear from you. We'll provide all the training you need, and your team are there with you every step of the way. Just bring along a love for fashion, people, and a desire to be a part of something special - changing the way women experience footwear.

Our team are given the autonomy to do what they feel is required to make the experience an enjoyable one for their customer. We will gear you with everything you need to know about our brand and our values, then you have the pleasure of relaying this to our customers through your service.
