JOB FUNCTION
Function in multiple roles that support the performance of the store?s retail experience. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Drive sales through customer engagement and solution selling. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale. Understand and be able to explain customer bills and answer service-related questions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales through customer engagement and solution selling.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting the customer in a friendly and professional manner, handling customer needs, billing questions and complaints.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including entering orders accurately and notating accounts.
• Educate and engage customers through product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Function in multiple roles that support the performance of the stores retail experience, including but not limited to taking payments, entering orders accurately and handling equipment

Days: Monday-Friday (Saturday Rotation)

Hours: 9am-6pm Saturday 10am-2pm

Pay: $19.50
