Shift Lead - Retail

SHIFT LEAD: PART or FULL TIME - Flexible schedule - two day shifts, the rest are evenings including a weekend shift. Seeking mature (over 18) person to oversee the sales and stock teams, 10 associates at most on a busier day. Duties include receiving, cash handling and counting room operations, customer service complaints, applying company policies, recording timecards. Leadership skills a plus. For full time, PTO after 6 months. Great job for college student, recent grad, gap year student or parent. Wage negotiable, based on experience. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance essential. Store hours 8:00am - 9:00pm.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership qualities
• Able to stand, climb stairs, and move around all shift
• Basic arithmetic
