WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A SPANISH-BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST TO WORK IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO!

Join our therapy family! Speech Goals is seeking motivated candidates with a bright outlook as new additions to our therapy family, to hire right away. We're a team of positive professionals whose #1 goal is to support each other so we can best serve our clients and community, and we would love to have you.

DUTIES
- preparing materials for therapy clients
- cleaning and inspecting offices and bathrooms for children to use
- receiving, signing in, and accommodating therapy clients and families
- using online systems to schedule therapy appointments, communicate, and collaborate with office staff

REQUIREMENTS
- warm, social, extroverted personality to welcome parents in a sensitive environment

- Spanish-bilingual candidates only please
- experience with toddlers and families
- experience with Special Education students, clients, or family members preferred

- experience with online systems, chat, and videochat preferred

- experience with child event coordination and planning

- no bachelors necessary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are educating ourselves as special needs professionals to deliver best practices for virtual therapy and learning, and a return to in-person therapy We have transitioned back to the offices since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• South San Francisco, CA 94080: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Computer skills: 3 years (Preferred)
• Scheduling: 2 years (Required)
• Customer service: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Required)
