Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program
- Prepare engaging and interactive classroom activities to promote student participation and learning
- Provide instruction in Spanish and English
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
- Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents or guardians as needed

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Spanish, Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Experience in proofreading, copy editing, or journalism is a plus
- Familiarity with literacy education, creative writing, or linguistics
- Ability to tutor students individually or in small groups
