Translator - Bilingual required

Job Title: Translator English to Haitian/Creole

Hourly Rate: $21.00

Shift Times: 2nd Shift 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Location: South Charleston, OH

Indeed Flex is hiring English-to Haitian/Creole Translators for their auto manufacturing client in South Charleston, OH. Our client is looking for candidates fluent in Haitian/Creole and Spanish (a plus) to help Creole and Spanish speakers on the warehouse floor with procedures, training, and everyday translation needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage communications for Haitian/Creole-speaking technical supporting production team.
• Translation of documents into English / Haitian-Creole for presentations, reports, investigations, etc
• Assist with lineside training
• Interpret production issues such as defects, accidents, and machine issues
• Translate needs for training and for additional associates as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Creole and English
• Ability to translate Spanish a plus
• Must be able to read, write, and speak both languages and be familiar with each culture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and display good judgment is essential.
