Spanish Teacher

Chaminade High School seeks a full-time LEAVE REPLACEMENT SPANISH TEACHER for January 3-June 1, 2024.

Language faculty deliver high-quality instruction using the latest educational technology. Teachers are responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans to promote the ACTFL's 5Cs of language learning.

In addition to instructional responsibilities, Chaminade faculty coordinate the extensive after-school program of extra-curricular and co-curricular clubs and activities.

Requirements

• NYS Certification Spanish 7-12
• Relevant Master's Degree (completed or in the process)

Preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience

Compensation

• Annual salary of $60,000-$125,000.
• Compensation will be based on the candidate's credentials and prorated for a timeframe of January 3 to June 1, 2024.
